I'm a first time home buyer, not just a home for me and my wife but for my whole family including parents and sibling. I'm 26 years old, with no clue about the house or the houses market. I worked with Tracy on the purchase of a HUD owned home. When placing the offer, I relied on her to ensure that there was an inspection contingency in the offer. I repeatedly asked her if I would be able to get the earnest money deposit back (emd), if I decide to back out of the offer, prior to closing. She ensured me that I would be able to get this money back. I wasn't able to get utilities turned on due to building code violations. Therefore I wasn't able to get a proper inspection done. I decided to back out of the offer due to too many unknowns. I came to find out that I wasn't going to get the emd back. Therefore, Tracy was advising me during this purchase process without being familiar with the sales agreement. I was given the name and phone number of her real estate broker, George Agnelli. I repeatedly called him, but never got a proper response. I will never use Tracy or Agnelli Real Estate again and will never recommend them.

Highly recommended! Excellent intuition, very knowledgeable, she is upfront about concerns instead of ignoring the sellers awareness of needs and potential problems. She didn't put a positive spin on everything in efforts to make a quick sale. She was very honest and not afraid to voice her concerns to make sure I wouldn't feel let down months down the road after the sale which I greatly appreciated. Even the team she recommends (though makes you aware it is your choice) were equally amazing (broker, house inspectors, septic inspectors) and I couldn't be happier with all the trust I put into her experience. She was very flexible (working nights my schedule can be tedious) and also very patient though the house buying process. This was especially comforting and helpful as I was a first time home owner! She was always accessible via email, phone or text and is very technological as my contracts were electronic and didn't require multiple trips to sign and review documents at a set time which gave me more time to review and look through at my own convenience. The buyers were said to be "very difficult" by their own realtor and Tracy absolutely 100% advocated my needs and exhibited a true professional behavior!
