Today we FINALLY signed the final paperworks to close. went into escrow on Oct 20th and was able to close early ??. None of this would've been possible without the help of VDT and Tracy Gulugian, Tracy was very patient with us and let us go on our own pace, being first time home buyers and going through this process was definitely stressful and very hard, there was even times where i wanted to just give up but Tracy and her whole team made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made and made sure me and my family has a home we always dreamed of and that was perfect!!
