Crystal is amazing! I was purchasing a house in Indiana from Washington state, so all our communications were through text, video calls, or my parents who lived nearby in Kentucky. Crystal was on top of all communication despite our time difference, and sent me videos and important items she noticed about the houses she viewed on my behalf. She also was happy to meet with my parents to view some houses and work with them as well. She answered all my questions and really went above and beyond to help my cross-country move be less stressful. I have never lived in Indiana, so Crystal let me know what areas she thought Id enjoy based on the houses and areas I told her I was interested in nearby in KY (where I am from). I recommend Crystal to everyone!
