I had originally met Jennifer through trying to purchase a home. However, after meeting I had invited her to come take a look at my grandmothers home that I was selling as a part of her estate. Long story short, Jennifer is the reason that I was able to keep sanity during the whole process. She is very knowledgeable about everything real estate and if she doesnt know, she definitely has someone who does. She made the process of selling the home flawless even with all the challenges that came up and trust me.. they definitely came up! Jim was amazing to work with! I marked on Zillow that I was interested in a house early on a Saturday morning, and Jim called me within 10 minutes; we saw the house that evening.
