Tracy managed various small businesses and worked as a project manager for a marketing firm prior to moving to Orlando, Florida in early 2000. Tracy has been successfully selling real estate throughout Central Florida for thirteen years and has received various sales awards for her efforts. She has experience in a broad range of transactions and has a reputation for her professionalism, reliability, and ability to get the contract closed. Most of her business has been built on referrals. Tracy focuses her practice in East Orlando, East and Central Orange County, Oviedo and Winter Springs and other Seminole County locations but is knowledgeable and has closed transactions all over the Orlando Metro area. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find the right realtor who you can trust and who can guide you to help put all of the right people in place. It should not be a stressful process and won't be when using the right professionals.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Trust the agent you hire. Look over past sales and track records. An agent with local experience is most likely to have a strong database of other local agents and potential buyers for your home.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time homebuyers, professional who have purchased several homes, relocation clients, distressed clients in need of short sale, banks and forclosures.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a first time homebuyer, single female, who was 72 years old! She was always taught to rent not buy. She decided to "check one off the bucket list" and purchase her first home. One of my most memorable clients, one of the best experiences to help her and to see the pride at closing.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have a marketing degree from The Ohio State University and have always had a passion for real estate. I got connected with a local agent who had been in the business for 25 years, she took me under her wing and to her I owe much of my success. Never hurts to learn from the best
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I was on Agent Leadership Council with Keller Williams for 2 years, where I coached and trained new agents to help jump start their business.
