Originally from a small ranching and farming community in Eastern Oregon, Tracy came to fall in love with the Willamette Valley. As a native Oregonian, he has spent over 30 years living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He enjoys time with his family doing just about everything outdoors, this includes camping, fishing, horseback riding and hunting trips. Tracy has spent his entire career in sales and business management. Being a manager of a regional builder supply company, he has great knowledge and involvement working with contractors and homeowners, specializing in kitchen design. My agent from another state recommended Tracy, and wow, what a great referral! I e-mailed Tracy a list of almost twenty houses in two cities. I came up for the weekend and we knocked them all out. My list had a lot of fixer uppers on it and Tracy didn't mind poking around the scary basements or flipping over the top on a broken sump pump. I ended up making an offer that weekend on a nicely maintained older home that didn't really need any fixing up. Tracy handled all the paperwork and financial back and forth with ease, keeping me in the loop at all times. I got my dream house and can't thank Tracy enough!
