Tracie is what home buyer dreams are made of! It was our first time buying a home or even looking for homes and we felt like we hit the jackpot when we were matched with her. It took us some time to find the perfect place because we are pretty particular, and Tracie was so patient and helpful with us. She was willing to drive with us all over town, she always showed up prepared with print outs of all of the details of the listings we were viewing, she sent over things we might be interested in. When we liked something she would run reports for us comparing to other homes in the area, she would dig for information and research to make sure we had all of the information we needed to make a good decision. She went above and beyond and my husband and I were constantly telling each other how lost we would be without Tracie's help. When it came time to put in an offer and go through the negotiations process, Tracie handled everything with tact and professionalism. She was direct and kind, and she is exactly the kind of person you want in your corner in that situation. It really felt like she was in our corner and had our best interest in mind every step of the way. She is so well connected and when it looked like things weren't going to work out for us she was able to connect us with a different lender. She connected us with inspectors, repair people, etc., etc. We trust Tracie immensely and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
