Fresh out of college she worked for Coors Brewing Company and Sheraton Corporation before joining forces with her husband at Maler Construction Associates Inc. where she served as corporate President. When they retired to Hernando Beach in 2008 Tracie enjoyed retirement for a few years before becoming restless and looking for a new direction. She obtained her real estate license in 2011 and found her passion. Tracie believes that to provide the best service to her customers she must keep her finger on the pulse of the real estate market. By obtaining her Broker's license, CRS designation, GRI designation, SRES designation and being a member in good standing with WCR and the International Luxury Institute, Tracie is able to keep up with the latest technology and trends while networking around the globe to get your property sold in the least amount of time for the most amount of money.
