ZillowVERIFIEDTracie was very knowledgeable about the area front the beginning. I was selling my parent's house as is and I feel she priced it accordingly. She explained every step of the process and gave me a packet of information that explained how she arrived at the price. Unfortunately, the offer that we accepted fell through as buyer could not get a loan so Tracie proceeded to call other offers to see if they were still interested. This went on for a week before I decided to put house back on market because everyone had moved on by this time. One of the former offers came back with a new low ball offer which Tracie and I discussed then rejected. Eventually, over several discussions offer was back up to original offer and I accepted. I didn't see Tracie at closing as I closed remotely, but she worked very hard for a house that wasn't worth a tremendous amount of money. She made so many calls and sent a lot of texts in order to get house sold after initial offer fell through. I really appreciate all she did to keep the process moving along.

ZillowVERIFIEDTracie is just the best realtor you can find in Texas. My house was SO difficult to sell as I dont live in the US, neither I am a US national, etc. She had to find a buyer owner occupied only. Then turning on utilities was so difficult. The gas company required the owner to have a US number which I dont, etc At each step, Tracie was trying to help, always available, friendly and accomodating. I would HIGHLY recommend Tracie to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house in Texas.
