I listed my home with Traci on a nine month contract. My experience with her was far from professional. From her wanting me to bury a statue of a saint to help my house sell, to a total of two advertisements, to her ever-changing "professional opinion" where she kept lowering my value to over 100k. She also listed my farm house in residential so few locals even knew it was for sale. I told her no renters, the only thing she brought me was renters. I had moved to other side of the state, she didn't check on the house at all. The house flooded, the property wasn't being mowed, and there was trash in the house that she was "showing." She did not notify me of any of this until I told her I would be there that day. When the contract concluded, she came to pick up her sign and didn't bring the keys or papers. When I asked her to, she told me to go pick it up myself. She was far from professional and I would never recommend her.
