Ms. Seeley is a nice person and responsive, but in our experience that is where her expertise as a realtor began and ended. Moving from out of state, we were really looking for someone who could help guide us and getting any concrete advice or ideas from Traci was work. She just never had much to contribute to the conversation. I could never tell if she just didnt care or simply did not like us. We even began looking in another city thinking we might have better luck. This was all long before things went very sour when Ms. Seeley shared incomplete information with another agent, essentially misrepresenting us in a contractual relationship and contributing to us winding up in small claims court. At the time, her broker admitted her actions were foolish and even said aEURoehed be having a talk with her about it.aEUR? However, in the days that have followed Jaqua has changed their position and basically told us we made our bed and should just sleep in it. They just really made us feel like we had no recourse. It's been stressful and hard and I just think our family deserved better.
