My husband and I were relocating to another state and were looking for an agent to help sell our home in Indio. We found Traci through Yelp, and we are so grateful to all the other reviewers for their spot-on feedback! We planned on interviewing 3 agents, and so we sent inquiries. Traci responded within minutes! We met with her the following day, and felt a sense of ease with her... like we had known each other a long time. She presented to us her plan on how she would market our home. The trust we felt was immediate; we canceled the other interviews and went with Traci. We decided that it was important for us to have an agent who is very responsive, passionate about her work, and is someone whom we are very comfortable with. Later that evening, Traci did her research and sent us comparables, notes on each property, and suggested list price of our property (which was beyond what we considered based on the usual internet research, yet still very much rooted in reality). Our timeline: Week 0 - interviewed Traci Week 1 - home photos taken (the photos were so amazing; we wanted to buy our own home! Lol!) Week 1.5 - home was listed Week 2 - accepted a really solid offer (above asking), and went into escrow! Week 4 - officially sold! Traci made it really easy for us! She had our backs through the entire selling process, and made the experience stress-free (the only source of stress came from packing all our stuff because the house sold so fast!). Traci is efficient, organized, strategic, and still very caring and warm. What a wonderful combination-- a testament to her extensive experience, dedication to her profession, and innate kindness.

We live in the San Fernando Valley , and were looking for a good real estate agent to help us sell our vacation home in Palm Desert. I read many reviews on Yelp for agents in the Coachella Valley. After narrowing down our list to Traci Sadler, I called to interview her and to get her thoughts about the current real estate market. Her warm personality, knowledge of the market, and zeal for her profession won us over. She provided us with comps for our home to determine our asking price, which was in the general price range that we wanted, so we contracted with Traci/ Windermere Homes & Estates to list our property for sale. Traci and her husband Jason, went above and beyond to help us get ready, including replacing a plant that died, they moved furniture into the garage that was not included in the sale, and they even tidied up our yard since we were out of town and unable to do so. Traci's positive attitude throughout the process was so refreshing. She called and emailed us regularly to communicate showings and results from showings. We always felt like we were her favorite clients, and if she said she was going to do something, it happened and it happened on or ahead of schedule. We sold our house without a hitch, and at a price that met our desires and expectations. Traci was so helpful to us from start to finish. Always looking to help, Traci even mailed us a binder two weeks after our sale closed escrow, with all of the documents of our sale, from listing agreement to purchase agreement to escrow docs. The binder has everything neatly organized for easy reference in the future. Such a nice touch and so thoughtful! If you need a real estate agent in the Coachella Valley, we HIGHLY recommend Traci Sadler.

What I like most about Traci is she is energetic, professional, honest and openly tells you pros and cons. You feel like you are working with a friend. She wants you to be satisfied and we were in purchasing our home in PGA West. Traci worked so hard for us, was always available and we found our perfect home in 2 weeks. She goes above and beyond after the sale giving you contacts for everything, prepares a book to keep all of your documents organized and even brought shipments into the garage when we weren't home! I loved working with Traci!

I don't often leave Yelp reviews as I'm a busy person, but this 5-Star review is definitely well-deserved. I actually found Traci on Yelp, and I am going to just get straight to it, she is as solid a real estate agent as they come. I had never met Traci, or anyone she knows before finding her on Yelp, and I feel extremely lucky to have come across her Yelp page. From there the entire transaction was awesome. She is a pro's pro. She worked super-hard and got things done. She sold our property fast, and made it so easy on my wife and I. We literally signed a few docs via email, some escrow docs, and that was about the extent of our workload. Traci, took care of everything else, and her communication was impeccable. Having bought and sold 4 houses in the past 10 years, I can say with certainty, if you're selling or buying a house, using Traci is an absolute no-brainer. In addition to her deep knowledge and professionalism, Traci is a really, reanice person. Thank you everything Traci. Robert and Griselda Update: Just when I thought the service from Traci couldn't get any better, we received a fully organized binder, complete with all the important property documents from the sale. It even had a table of contents!

Traci is absolutely amazing. You will never find another realtor who works as hard as she does, is more accommodating than she is, or knows the business better than she does. She will even pet-sit for you. What other realtor would do that? She also completely restages your house for you so that it looks wonderful. She will clean your yard if need be, move furniture, and make you feel very special, as if you were her only client. To top all this off, she is a very sweet, sincere, and honest woman who takes what she does seriously. I just cannot recommend her highly enough.
