Not good at all. We requested a tour of a house in our neighborhood on Zillow and Traci somehow answered the request and met us there. She was very very pushy and told us numerous times how good she is and that she is in the top 1%. Not impressed with her at all but we wanted the house. When we met with her she tried reaching another agent on the phone and couldnt reach her. She turned to us and said aEURoesome realtors are better than othersaEUR? in frustration because she couldnt reach the other realtor. Made an offer that nightaEUR|. Even used her mortgage friend to write the preapproval. Next day she was extremely hard to reach and here we are two hours before the offer expires and nothing from her to get an update. As another comment said we definitely didnt feel important and honestly it never felt like she was trying to help us out at all. Would never sign her as my realtor and would not recommend her to anyone. I had to call the selling realtor to get an update on the offer. Then 45 minutes before the deadline I get a text aEUR|finallyaEUR|. Saying there are other offers and the deadline has been extended. I let the offer expire. No house. Because of this experience I may not use Zillow again. We should be able to pick which realtor shows us a house if we request a tour.

Traci is a good realtor but has too much going on. I would not recommend her if you're someone who expects timely responses to your calls or texts. More than once when I'd contact her, she text me that she was busy "with a client"(what was I, lunch meat??) made me feel like I was disturbing her anytime I had a question so I just started asking the title company since she was too busy.

I highly recommend Traci for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As a first time homebuyer and single mother, I was very nervous venturing into the home buying process. I was worried I would miss a detrimental defect in a prospective home because I did not know what to look for. Traci did! She was so knowledgeable on various aspects of homes pointing out positives and negatives. She was also able to translate market terms so that I was better able to understand. She explained the current market and allowed me to narrow down my preferences and must haves while staying in my price range. What makes Traci truly special as a real estate agent is the compassionate aspect she brings to the relationship. I came to think of her not as a realtor but as a friend. She was very attentive and responsive any time of day and on weekends. There was one home (the one I ended up purchasing ?) in which I text her on a Saturday morning that I wanted to view it and was available anytime over the weekend. She responded immediately offering me to view it within the hour. She interrupted her Saturday pool time to show me a home because she always puts her clients first and understands that in the sellers market every hour counts when making an offer. I cannot say enough nice things about just how fabulous of a real estate agent Traci is. I will never use anyone else and would recommend her to anyone that asks. In addition to my personal experience with Traci, she was just inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame which is an extremely prestigious honor and could not be more well deserved.
