Bill Jennings (BROKER/OWNER, REMAX Real Estate Center) Homegrown in the state of Iowa and raised on a beautiful farm in Western Iowa, Ames became Bill's home over 20 years ago. Upon graduating from Iowa State University, Bill began a career in teaching and coaching in a small community in Central Iowa. Teaching high school science and serving as a coach for boys basketball was a tremendous opportunity that he will always cherish. This experience was a stepping stone to his passion for leading, motivating and mentoring friends and other agents in the REMAX office and across the state. Bill's biggest accomplishment however, is being a father and husband to his wife and three children (Elli, Abby and Jake). In addition to being a family man, you will find him working on the family farm, enjoying ISU Athletics, staying abreast in philosophy and psychology, working out, and traveling. Bill's interest in investment property is what launched him into the Real Estate Profession. Success followed almost instantly as he discovered that he was well suited for this profession, quickly earning the REMAX Diamond Achievement Award in his early stages of selling real estate. Bill has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors both in the residential and commercial market. Bill believes being a people person, building relationships and understanding marketing is essentially the key to success! Competitive by nature, Bill believes wholeheartedly that his work ethic and focus is second to none. Traci Jennings (BROKER/OWNER, REMAX Real Estate Center) Traci attributes her teamwork mentality and strong work ethic to being raised on a large dairy farm in Eastern Iowa. Later graduating from Iowa State University, she met her husband Bill and has since made the Ames area her home. By making an industry leap to real estate from printing sales in 2007, Traci found it to be an easy transition joining her husband in the real estate business. In 2010, Traci received her Real Estate brokerage license and now owns the Ames REMAX brokerage with her husband, Bill. Traci has consistently been one of the top REALTORS in Story County since she began selling real estate and whether it's a fun challenge or a serious hurdle, Traci takes charge and goes beyond expectations no matter what. Traci epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of her clients' real estate transaction. An enthusiastic parent of 3 children (Elli, Abby and Jake), Traci enjoys gardening, fitness, reading and cheering on the Cyclones.
