About Tracey Wibbenmeyer
Rick and Tracey Wibbenmeyer are The Wibbenmeyer Team at RE/MAX Best Choice. Licensed agents since 2005 , we have helped buyers and sellers achieve their goals of finding or selling their homes, business, land, and lake front homes. The Wibbenmeyer team strive for professionalism and integrity. We joined the RE/MAX family of Brokerages for these very reasons which we hold in high regards. Honesty, hard work and honoring our clients interests is what we feel is important to our clients and more importantly to Tracey and I. Our roots in the blue collar work field have given us an understanding some of the difficulties that families go thru in buying and selling the largest investment of their lives and we do our best to help them through what can sometimes be financial and emotional difficulties. Tracey and I have been married since 2005. We were both machinists before starting our careers as Real Estate agents. We live in rural St Francois County and enjoy the great outdoors and travel in our spare time and being with our family and friends. Tracey and I look forward to meeting with new people and helping them achieve their dreams!

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Shop for a good lender, make sure the agent you are working with has knowledge of the area you are looking to buy.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Do your research on getting your home ready to put on the market, less is more in the home. Curb appeal goes a long way.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of buyers from first time home buyers to investors, and commercial buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped a great couple sell there lake home in Terre Du Lac so they could relocate to Arizona and be closer to family.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I married my husband in 2005 and decide to get my license in real estate that same year. I have always like the industry and love doing what I do.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I feel I am well rounded in knowledge of homes and everything that goes along with selling and buying of a home, I have rehabbed homes, built a new home and my education has come along with doing and being apart of it all. I am active in my local community and serve on the Board, and many committee's so this also helps keep my abreast of the local happenings. I also take classes to keep fresh and up to date on real estate.
