Tracey Sullivan

I am a native Marylander, born and raised in Montgomery County. After living in Frederick for 13 years I currently reside in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania with my husband Shawn. We enjoy our free time gardening, golfing and traveling. Our son Matthew works and resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Dana and our grandson Camden. For over 20 years I was employed in the dental field, but always entertained a desire to pursue real estate. I realized that it was time to make the change and I have never looked back. Meeting and exceeding expectations of my friends, clients, customers and industry partners is what drives my passion for real estate. I take pride in the strong base of loyal repeat customers that I have acquired over the years. I gain tremendous satisfaction in helping my buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
