More impressively, she continued to enthusiastically assist me long after the sale, something which has not always been the case with other realtors. So, when I decided to sell the house this year, there was no doubt who my listing agent would be. There were many challenges associated with this sale, not the least of which was the fact that I was 2000 miles away and the house needed to be emptied.
