1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First, Congratulations! Purchasing a home is the best investment you can make!
Before you start your search speak with a lender and get pre-approved. This way you will know what price range to look at and what your monthly mortgage payment will be.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
If you are thinking of selling your home the price you list your home for is easily the most important thing to get right. Base your decision on the hard data you'll receive in your Comparative Market Analysis and the current real estate market. Don't base it on emotion. I know this can be difficult but try.
Don't try and chase the market trying to figure out when the best time to sell is. Simply sell when it works for your schedule and needs.
Declutter, clean and depersonalize your home. Make it as neutral as possible so it appeals to the widest variety of home buyers. Even if your home is dated or old, if it's clean it will increase your chances of selling quickly tremendously.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with all kinds of clients from, first time home buyers to veteran sellers to investors.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
When I purchased my first home, I knew this is what I was meant to do and I haven't looked back since!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I'm a Certified Distressed Property Specialist.
Contracts and disclosures change constantly so I am always educating myself. One of the most important responsibilities I have as a realtor is to protect my client. I must know when the contingencies are up, when to issue a notice to perform, what to repair and what not to repair and so on.
