Nicole is a great agent, she helped us with our home purchase, she was very patient with us, understood what we were looking for and presented to us only the houses that fit our needs and budget, we worked with other agents before, non of them understood what we were looking for, waisted time and efforts, until we met Nicole who was spot on, all houses she showed us were suitable and soon we got into a contract on one of them after she helped us with the negotiation and all the way till we closed on the house, walked us through a process we were not familiar with (first time buyer) step by step from contract to follow up through attorneys review, through inspections and followed up on minor repair that the seller promised. Tracey is the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable advocate you could possibly ask for when buying or selling a home. As a seller, I was somewhat nervous about the road that lay ahead; however Tracey made the entire process as smooth and seamless as possible. She never got upset or flustered; she simply solves issues as they come up and is always a voice of reason. She is certainly the calming temperament that you need during such a huge, life changing event as selling your house and moving. I wish I could give Tracey more than 5 stars; I will be forever grateful to her for everything she has done for our family. I can't imagine having gone through this process without her. Thank goodness we found Tracy to sell our home as we were moving to Georgia soon. She arrived immediately and gave us a schedule to deal with movers, house content sale and everything us newbies needed.
