Tori and her team at Rockstar Realty Group delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. We sold our home in Falls Church City, and this was hands down the best real estate experience Ive had and Ive bought and sold five homes over the years. From the beginning, Toris guidance was outstanding. Her recommendations on paint and flooring made a huge difference in how the home showed, and her pricing strategy was spot-on. The result: over 40 showings, more than 70 people through the open house, and multiple offers above asking all within just 4 days. What truly sets Tori apart is her ability to handle complexity and execute at a high level. We had a VA assumable loan, which adds a layer of difficulty that many agents wouldnt fully understand or know how to market. Tori not only navigated it seamlessly, she turned it into a strategic advantage. Her communication, attention to detail, and control of the entire process, from preparation through negotiation, were excellent. When it came time to negotiate, she was sharp, confident, and highly effective, ultimately securing an optimal price that exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about Drew Harmon. When I needed to sell my late father's property on a tight timeline, Drew listed the home and managed every aspect of preparing it for sale. He sourced quality vendors for everything from junk removal and estate sales to painting, cleaning, inspections, and repairs.
