Tori is by far the most amazing agent I have ever worked with. Not only is she knowledgeable, I mean really knows her stuff, she is also very honest and has the added benefit of just being an absolute light in this world. Buying a house is so stressful and Tori was not only my agent but my therapist too. Any time I wanted to see a house she was all over it, the house was on the market for 3 minutes and she had all the info and was running to her car to meet us there. The house we purchased had some tough negotiations but Tori was on it. If you want an agent that sits back and lets you do all the guessing, shes not your gal because honestly shes one of the most hardworking and dedicated people I have ever met in my life. I am new to Tucson, so I needed an agent who would not only help me with the usual difficulties of purchasing property, but also act as a sounding board and support system for my property search and purchase. Although I did interview several agents, in the end I was fortunate to have chosen to work with Tori. It took us over two months of searching to find my perfect home in Tucson. Tori was particularly good at understanding what I wanted, even when I wasn't. She did not just pump a feed of properties from a canned MLS search to me as many agents do now. Instead, she carefully picked and chose properties for us to look at. At the same time, she was patient with my choices for properties to investigate and my insistence on finding exactly what I felt I wanted. I'm not sure how she did it, but she was always available to look at properties on short notice when that was required, and she always responded quickly to calls, texts, and emails. She never failed to answer my endless questions, and she was careful to give me the information I needed to make up my own mind. For me, the hard part of this purchase was the search and I couldn't have had a better agent than Tori for that. Compared to the search, the actual transaction was straightforward. I'm happy in my new house now and glad I had Tori to help me get here.
