I really cannot recommend Tori Beth enough. She is truly amazing. Tori Beth helped me close on my first home March - April 2022. If you are aware of what the housing market conditions were at that time, you know how big of an accomplishment that is. Being brand new to home-buying, I had a million questions. This may take a while. We were relocating to the Opelika area to be closer to family. While we had looked at homes, we did not have an agent. Tori Beth was a family friend and was recommended. Once we met, we were taken with her take charge attitude. We were selling our previous home and could not purchase our new home until we sold our old home. This is where the process from hell started. We sold our home to a buyer in Florida. He sold his home to a foreign buyer who was getting cash from overseas. This exacerbated the problems. In addition, our buyer was buying through VA. The money from his buyer came into California and delayed what would have been a sale of our home. Long story short, Tori Beth was the calming agent we needed. My wife and I are both over 70, and we were really stressed about the whole situation. Tori Beth was the soothing calm we needed to get through the process.
