I am so so SO grateful and thankful for everything Hugo has done to help my partner & I buy our first home together! He was very responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. He was there from the minute we were just pondering the idea of buying a house to actually looking at houses and now being first-time homeowners. I truly do not think we would be this far had it not been for Hugo advocating on our behalf and being super competitive. I'm not one that generally likes to share finances, and Hugo was very cognoscente of that fact and helped us sort through our finances without being invasive and in a way that gave us hope of being able to afford a mortgage - and we know he absolutely did not have to do that for us but it made all the difference.Throughout the whole process he was very responsive - even during my middle-of-the-night texts/calls freaking out, he always picked up and/or responded within the hour.If you are even just pondering the idea of buying a house and/or you're on the fence, without a doubt in my heart - Hugo can get you where you want to be (even if you don't even know what you want yet!) We were so nervous about this whole process and not knowing where to start, even during the thinking stages - Hugo was patient and gave us all the information we could possibly need to make decisions on our own.His relationship and partnerships he has created with loan officers made the process so easy and straight-forward. The entire process us deciding, looking at houses, getting out-bid on our first offer, placing a second offer and closing on a house took less than 45 days! I had heard horror stories of others that were not as fortunate as us, and waited months to close on homes.Overall, if you're thinking about anything home-related - Hugo is your guy!!

Toree was truly a godsend to our family. It was a blessing to have Toree represent us and when you know you have those certain moments where things were meant to be, Toree working with us was one of those moments.We were in the market for a 2nd home for our family and I'm glad I came here to Zillow and had them recommend Toree to us. We got in contact with Toree around Nov. 2020 and from there it took-off. Our early correspondences with Toree came via email but when we returned back to the Oregon area in late Jan 2021, we finally got to meet her in person after we had agreed to meetup and visit some beautiful properties in the area. Toree did her due dilliegence and put together an intinerary of homes she wanted to show us in the general area based on our wish-list search criterias. The Saturday that we spent with Toree visiting all of these locations were quite exciting. We were on a sort of treasure hunt for homes. Throughout the day, we saw many types of homes and designs from each builder to get an idea of what was being offered. All of Toree's property recommendations for us were exceptionally beautiful and each had extreme potential and were somewhat within our budget. Any of those properties (Kemmer Ridge, Reed's Crossing, Lolich Farms) could have been our next home that we could have easily moved into, but our ultimate decision came on location and proximity to my daughters college as we wanted them to have the closet commute as possible. Toree showed us one location that was just a dirt lot that was in the beginnng stages of being built. It turned out to be our future home. The builder had no model homes available for view. For some, it would be difficult to make a decision on a home based on just videos and photos from the builders website. We did visit the builder and they were only able to provide us some take-home pamphlets that we read later at home. For some reason though after comparing all of the other potential properties, we felt this was the one for us went off of a leap of faith and it turned out to be the one. Our new home location was located to many places nearby for groceries, gas stations, Dutch Bros, places to grab takeout, etc. We committed on the home in February and the home was ready for move-in around mid May. The entire process was smooth and quick. We were able to lock in the price before the value went up. The timing was perfect from the beginning, middle and end. There were some issues regarding the builder with procuring materials due to COVID but were quickly resolved. In just a matter of 5 months, we were in posession of our new home.Toree is a knowledgeable, go-getter type of professional and really knows her craft. She was very patient, dilligent and responsive to all my text messages and emails and what's very impressive about Toree is that she was able to do all of this while juggling her personal life as a super-mom at home taking care of her toddler and grade-school boys. For someone to juggle career and family is quite impressive. Nonethless, she was always there for us and made our new home-buying experience more the better. The challenge for all of us was corresponding from out of state as our main home was back in California, but Toree did well. Toree was our liason between us and the builder and she represented us well. She regularly provided us videos of the home and photos during it's progress of being built. After many countless numbers of emails and questions between the builder, lender and others, we were satisfied with our outcome at the end. Toree was there with us the entire way. The finale came when she visited us one last time and took a photo with our family in front of our new home. It was then and there that knew our home buying process was over. We finally had a new house to enjoy!! Toree will always be a part of our home buying experience and she will always be a part of our home and family and is always welcomed to visit us anytime. Thank you so much Toree for helping us find our new home and making this a lifelong experience that we will never forget. This is our new first home ever and we are absolutely delighted to have a larger place of our own to enjoy.

When we bought our first house, Toree was a recommended agent in our area and we decided to take a chance and work with her, which I'm so happy we did! She was absolutely phenomenal during that process and we were over the moon with her worth ethic. Constantly working as a advocate for you through thick and thin.When our house quickly became too small, and we needed something bigger. We had to find something that worked for us, and FAST! With myself and my husband looking for a rather particular house, it was hard to find something that fit our needs. Toree jumped quick into action and we viewed multiple houses in a weekend. When we found a house we were absolutely in love with, we knew we had to have it. Toree was right in our corner, ready to bat for us. She helped us create an offer that outbid multiple other offers and secured the aEURoehot homeaEUR?. When it came to negotiations, Toree was very strategic and reasonable, she was focused on doing whats best for us as her clients. She pulled out multiple strategies we had NO idea were even an option, and got us a great deal in both buying + selling. We hit a speedbump at literally every process along the way, Toree was right there to hold our hand through day and night to make sure we were happy with the process of selling + buying our house.It was certainly quite the process, but I couldnt be happier with how things turned out. We will DEFINITELY be using Toree in the future for our next move, and you should too!
