Tonya Klingaman

I am a FULL-TIME real estate broker and owner at EXIT Realty - Mitchell and a member of NAR and SDAR. I graduated from Mitchell Technical Institute with a medical laboratory technician degree and worked at both Avera Queen of Peace and Avera McKennan Hospitals. I then went on to graduate with a bachelor and master's degree from Dakota Wesleyan University with a degree in biology and secondary education and went on to teach both high school and college level science courses. I am married to Kleve Klingaman, we both own North Central Seed Company and EXIT Realty - Mitchell together. Kleve will both run and operate North Central Seed Company but also sell real estate at EXIT Realty - Mitchell. We have three sons that have been an active part of the school systems, sports, music and community. Kleve and I have also owned and managed many residential and commercial rental properties in Mitchell through the years. In addition to my busy real estate business, I can be found currently volunteering at our local Resurrection Lutheran Church mission task force. I was an active volunteer in teaching Sunday School, and helping at my son's schools and sporting/music events as they were growing up. I am a member of the local PEO BK chapter.
