Her best qualities are her responsiveness, attention to detail, and knowledge of the area. I wish was had done the HDR photos of our listing but the population in Lebanon may not have cared. Weve known and dealt with Tonya for a number of years, and, in December, we asked her to list and sell our secondary home, located in Lebanon. We received our first offer the first day of the listing; however, on Tonyas advice we rejected that offer, as it was unsatisfactory. In three days, we received two additional offers, one of which was an amount higher than our listing price. All negotiations were handled by Tonya to our great satisfaction. As during the listing process, her advice proved to be very valuable and helpful. Our closing went well, and we soon will be going back to Tonya to list/sell our main residence. Over the years, weve bought/sold 12 homes in numerous states (not a builder - Ive moved often due to employment requirements), and Tonya has been the best realtor weve had the pleasure of working with.
