About Tony Stallings

I was born in Southeast Idaho and have lived here all my life. I have lived in the Rexburg area with my family since 2002, we have really enjoyed it. The reason that I decided to go into real estate is because I love everything about it, I love buying it, l love selling it and I have really enjoyed helping others buy and sell real estate. I feel like owning your own home is truly the American dream and I love helping people fulfill that dream. I love the four-seasons that this area offers, for me the summer months are spent boating, fishing and spending time outdoors. The fall season offers beautiful colors and of course the hunting season. The winter months are usually filled with snowmobiling in the mountains. I have been involved with real estate since 2001, and have been actively selling since January 2004. In 2004 I was presented with the CENTURY 21 High Desert Rookie Of the Year award and in 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010, & 2011 I was awarded with the Masters Emerald award for consistent high production and quality service. In 2012 I was awarded with the Masters Diamond award. In 2007 & 2013 I was presented with the Century 21 Centurion Award, a distinguished award that few agents achieve. I was voted by other real estate agents in the area as the 2006 Realtor of The Year for the Upper Valley Association of Realtors. In 2005 I served as President of the Upper Valley Association of Realtors. I have also served on that board as a director. I have served as a board member for the Snake River MLS, currently I am serving as the president of that board. In August of 2014 I left the Century 21 brand to be part of an office that was locally owned. I am now an Associate Broker at Edge Real Estate. Tony was seriously the best! He walked through our house the day after we called him, had a fool-proof plan to list it and told us what hed recommend we change or do to get ready to list. Everything we signed before closing was online. When we had multiple offers, he made us net sheets so that we could see exactly what each client was offering so that we could make the best choice for our family. When we had sold and were ready to move to our new home (that he also helped us purchase) he lent us his trailer to help with our move. Tony is very knowledgable and friendly. He was very prompt at communicating when we received offers and it was so nice having him worry about scheduling, showing the house, and dealing with all the legal stuff. He was a dream to work with, even with our overly in-your-face 4 year old :) I highly recommend working with him!

Tony was AMAZING. Weve had other realtors in the past; none compares with Tony Stallings. He helped us find the right price for the sale of our home, which was quite a bit higher than wed been thinking. He helped the process go super smoothly, from start to finish. The buyer, in California, had to back out of his offer because his buyer backed out on him. Tony helped us quickly work with another buyer, and everything went quickly and seamlessly. Tonys communication skills are awesome, hes very thoughtful, and he knows the Rexburg housing market extremely well. I would recommend him to anyone, in a heartbeat.

Tony helped my wife and I sell our first home. We werent sure what was needed and all that would be involved. Tony made it extremely easy for us. Even though our first offer ended up falling through, Tony had made sure we had a backup offer in writing and ready to go. Thanks to his foresight and preparedness we had the backup offer through in no time. He helped us through all of this while we were out of state. We moved to our new home a month before we wanted to sell. Tony even helped us coordinate lawn care so it would look nice during showings and inspections. Even long distance the process was smooth and Tony was very responsive and quick with paperwork. Really great experience.
