We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tony. He knows the bay area housing market inside out. We were in two minds deciding to sell our house, but he convinced us it was the right time. Tony helped us find our first home. We began the house search in the beginning of 2022. As always, bay area home market was very hot and I just didn't expect that I could buy home shortly. I decided to get my feet wet and tried to contact realtors and met Tony. First home viewing happened around middle of January, and Tony gave us thorough explanation what to expect and what to know. Since then, we asked Tony to make appointments for the multiple homes we'd like to see and he promptly responded to our requests. We knew our budget range was not enough to win the single family home in the bay area, but Tony kept encouraging us to never give up. When we made an offer for the house we purchased, we didn't think we would get a chance. Tony gave us recommended offer price range, and we wrote the lowest price of that range. Surpassingly, we got the second chance for bidding, and we could win this house. I thank Tony for letting us escaping this crazy housing market so quickly. We first met Tony on middle of January, our offer was accepted on middle of February, and the escrow was closed on middle of March. I didn't expect this happening when I first searched houses, and Tony made it happened.After escrow is opened, I had a little hiccup due to loan process. I asked Tony to recommend a loan officer and the rest of loan process was very smooth. He didn't force us to use the loan officer he'd like to work with. Instead, he provided appropriate help when we needed it the most.Long story short, we were 100% satisfied in working with Tony. The fact that I'm not in the housing market anymore alone is enough to give him five stars.
