Thanks to Tony Guglielmo our medical building actually closed and funded in less than 6 months and he didn't leave any cash on the table (a statement he often uses)!!! Because of Tony's tenacity we received $150k more than all the other agents recommended. He is a man of strong character, with integrity, wisdom, kindness, and wealth of commercial knowledge which is necessary to get the job done. Tony went above and beyond as our realtor, continually making himself available, while handling things on our behalf to save us time. This transaction was in a Trust Fund, involving several step relatives and could have been very volatile. However, Tony managed all parties with finesses, respect and tremendous ease all the way to the end. I would HIGHLY recommend Tony for ALL your commercial needs, you will not be disappointed!
