Dillon was great. He was honest and forthcoming about specific properties, including why they might not be a good fit. There was zero pressure to buy, just to find a place we really liked. We started looking in Guerneville but found it to be too rustic. As someone who grew up there, he was straightforward about the work it would take to be on well and septic, or live off those one lane dirt roads. When we did find a place we loved in Windsor, after getting him to set up 6 visits in one day!, he helped us get the price down and got the owner to fix a few minor issues prior to our moving in.
