Top 10 & Laguna Niguel Expert Born and raised in California, I have been living in Laguna Niguel for over fourty years, graduated from Cal State Fullerton in business with a semester at the University of Hawaii and then a masters degree from Azusa Pacific University in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. I was involved in the electronics manufacturing industry for years including a 14 year stint at running my own electronics manufacturing company. Twenty years ago I jumped into the real estate business and have been running full speed ever since. I raised four children here in Laguna Niguel and have been an active member of the community serving on the local utility called Moulton Niguel Water District. I also ran for City Council and am always looking for ways to serve. I love to surf, practice a form of self defense called Krav Maga and love to travel when I get the chance. I love to ride motorcycles both motocross, and street cruisers. I am a Christian and believe that Jesus is the answer to the biggest problem we face in life. It's not that life is so short, it's that your dead for such a long time. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you look at alternative areas so you are confident the one you look at is right for you and if you raise the price range, don't fall in love with the first one as is common.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
If you list at an aggressively high price, don't stay there for too long as the days on market will cause other agents to stop showing it.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all clients from condo's to castles.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I love it when I find the perfect home for my buyer and sell their home for a healthy price.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I jumped in to real estate in the late 90"s as I had four kids to feed and it has been a fun ride ever since.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I was a marriage counselor which really prepared me for the intense stress and hard situations that come up during the real estate process.
