I am giving Christian Meno a SOLID 5 Star review! I am so happy we picked him to be our Real Estate Agent, let me tell you why. My Uncle passed away and his house went into Probate and I agreed to be in charge of his Estate. I had NO IDEA what I was doing! Christian first did some research to find out how much other homes in the area had recently sold for. Then he came out and discussed what he thought the home could sell for and explained why he came up with the selling price. He gave me advice/suggestions on how we could improve the value of the home by doing some minimal home improvements and we put the house on the market. Christian gave me daily updates on what was going on from telling me how many people had toured the house, what papers they needed to help close Escrow or what papers they needed for Probate Court. He let us know right away when we had offers on the house and he guided us through the entire process, giving us advice and helping us to negotiate with the buyers. I am thrilled to tell you that Christian sold my Uncle's home on the 6th day it was on the market and we sold it for $65,000 over the listing price! Escrow closed in 18 days! This was amazing!
