So let's get REAL. Selling a house and moving, especially out of state, is an incredibly stressful and totally miserable experience, the entire process. The only good thing in all this was we chose the right realtor, whose genuine care and guidance helped us through this awful time. Carine was so hands-on with us, even made delicious French crepes at the open house, and timely answered ALL of our calls and texts. She is a solid professional, not someone who will tell you what you want to hear but what you need to know to help you sell your home. She truly cares about her clientele, and her representation was comforting when unsuspected issues arose in the home-selling process. Do NOT look any further than Carine Czohara to assist with buying or selling your home. She is a tower in the real estate profession and someone you will be thankful you retained, truly.

Working with Jewel started off well, but it ended unprofessionally. We agreed on a $400 gift card, but she only provided $200. Jewel explicitly stated, "I can comp the $400 admin fee as the closing gift or I can give the gift card." We chose the gift card, but she failed to deliver the full amount. When we confronted her about the discrepancy, she stopped responding and appears to have blocked us. We brought this issue to Tony, who assured us during an in-person meeting that he would follow up. He has not responded since. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. Avoid working with this team if you value transparency and integrity. Carine did a great job, very knowledgeable about the process, the area, etc. was always on top of things and got back to us with answers very quickly. For example, with negotiations over the inspection of property. She communicated very well the proposals back and forth. Appreciated her suggestions about the area, as well as recommendations for various amenities. would gladly work with her again!

Carine redefined what a realtor is in my eyes. previous experiences left me feeling like I was doing all the work. Carine however was really on top of her game. She ultimately found the listing I ended up purchasing, was able to work to get me more concessions, dug up answers to questions on the property, pulled all the permits and just generally was a pleasure to work with. she was always on time, friendly and remained professional but approachable through the entire process. I plan to work with her and the Front Range Team again if at all possible. I genuinely felt that she had my best interest in mind and would never push for a sale. Made my dream happen!
