I cant recommend Tony enough. We were first time home buyers and walked in not knowing exactly what to expect. We met Tony at an open house where he represented the sellers and we couldnt have been luckier to show up that day. We made arrangements to meet and discuss what we were looking for and he ended up walking us through the process, made it very clear what we could expect, and helped us with a better understanding of a market we were new to. We had just moved to the area and knew where we thought we wanted to live but Tony encouraged us to expand our search into some other neighborhoods he thought we would like based on what we told him we were looking for. Sure enough, we never would have found our home looking where we were initially and it is so much better than we had ever hoped for. Tony was an excellent strategizer and negotiator when it came time to actually buy the home we found. We ended up buying the first home we put an offer on, which is not common in this market. Tony helped us buy our first Town home in Redmond area and we are working with him again to buy another property. We didnt think twice before contacting him again. Tony is very professional and has great insights into houses in and around seattle. He is very responsive and is quick to act on houses that come up in the market. He did visit multiple builders on our behalf and was very prompt in looking at any new houses that we send across to him.
