Tony is the best agent we have ever worked with. I originally picked Tony based on reviews I had read, and they were absolutely correct. He sold our house before it even hit the MLS!! (seriously). He was honest, aggressive in getting things done fast (so productive!), excellent at communication, and had our best interest always front & center. He was extremely knowledgeable and his many points of contact were so helpful at getting things done once we had found a new house. Not only did he sell our house before it hit MLS, his business relationship with the mortgage broker allowed us to close on our new house in record time. If you are looking to buy/sell your home, Tony Brown is THE guy to call!! He helped me list my home on March 26th and it was under contract within 48 hours!! My house closing was April 30th. All I can say is WOW!! He is very professional and hustles to get the job done!! He is very respectful and appreciates you as a person as well as your business and you walk away from the whole experience making a new friend for life! Tony is very diligent on getting back to you right away should you call or text him. He never makes you feel like he is too busy for you. My home was by no means a million dollar home but Tony appreciated my business and treated me as though it were. He works for you to make YOU happy on what YOU want! And he is very honest, I trust him. I was worried my house would be on the market for a few months, possibly all summer but Tony far exceeded my hopes and expectations! He was truly a God send! I also want to say as well that Charles Maher from his team helped with the picture taking and he was very professional as well! It was a bit muddy out when taking outside pictures and he respectfully removed his shoes when entering my home and put everything back as he found it when having to move things around for the pictures. I would highly recommend The Tony Brown Team, very professional. They made the process very easy and took the time to explain things to me every step of the way. When viewing homes, pointed out good and bad things, made me feel like they cared about me getting a great deal and not just to close on a deal. During inspection was there and answered any questions I had and went through the inspection paper and made suggestions. I couldnt make final walk thru and went out of his way, took pictures of the home and sent them to me. I have used them several times and always positive experience.
