About Tony Baroni Team

Born and raised in the Midwest, Tony learned at an early age the importance of hard work and honesty. He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor Degree of Science with an emphasis in Sociology & Psychology and quickly followed his dream to exchange some of those snowy months for the warm Florida sunshine. With his wife by his side, he started his career in Florida as a Logistics Consultant in the Automotive Industry, saving his clients over a Million dollars each year on each account he handled. In 2005, he started to pursue the Real Estate arena working as a Mortgage Broker and later found his true passion as a Realtor. He worked on a real estate team for four years that was ranked Top Ten in America as the lead listing agent & buyer agent. After building his business by referrals Tony decided that his next step would be to build his own team within Keller Williams Realty and take his business to the next level. Today Tony leads a team of over 20 team members as CEO with his HUB in Tampa Bay with an additional office located in Orlando. The entire team is trained by Tony to ensure everyone receives the same treatment he would give himself. The team is all about delivering The Promise of a 5 Star Experience to every person and family served. When it came to me having an issues, that was so unexpected that I had to deal with, right before our meeting. Then unfortunately, the home that I was interested in was under contract and then sold. But when I do find another home, that I'm interested in. Traci is most definitely, the person that I will be using in the very near future, to move forward with.

We met Heidi in 2019 when we moved to Florida. This girl took an entire day and showed us *10* rentals in one day because we were going to rent for a year before we bought. She was so patient and kind...and to her credit a huge "Friends" fan which is always a plus for us! Haha. Well, one year turned into two years and then the market tanked so it became three years and then four and THEN bring on almost the 5th year and we decided this was the time to get going. I am quite sure, even though we kept in contact, Heidi had given up on us. But my loyalty gene is strong and I never forgot the day we spent with her and her making us feel that it was her best day hanging out with us going from house to house. In June we contacted her and told her we were ready! (we did this last year too but decided against. Heidi is a saint) She knew what we were looking for because she listened and paid attention to what we had told her. We told her that we did not want to go above a certain price point and she was NOT one of those realtors that take you to a house to "tempt" you. She was late to a Father/daughter dinner date with her dad because she showed us a house last minute. Heidi, you are just such a good person. Heidi is amazing! We wound up finding a house and bought it. Kate was an important part of the buying process and she made it SO much easier than it could have been. Doing it all online can be extremely confusing instead of sitting down with someone as they explain to you what you are signing. Like Heidi, Kate was always available. Like Heidi, Kate always answered our questions or put us in contact with someone who could OR, and this was more the case, made the contact herself so that we didn't have to and she could figure it out for us. The finance company they use is exactly the same. Help was super easy to find and they made themselves available. Kevin and I were supposed to do our closing online and I was just not comfortable doing that with just my husband and I. We asked Heidi if she could be with us and she did NOT hesitate.. There were NO hidden fees or amendments or stipulations that might happen with others regarding the contracts. I canNOT recommend this team more. My mother was a realtor with very high standards, I worked for her and I can 100% tell you that this team meets those standards! If you are on this site looking for a realtor, stop looking. You have found them. Heidi, Kate...I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for our little Ohana!! God bless you both!

Craig, along with Pam, Evelyn, and every other member of the team, were outstanding to work with. Craig deftly walked us through the selling process, outlining expectations and answering questions day and night (Mostly day thankfully). Evelyn was instrumental in learning about local services to help our home stand out and keep track of our showings. Pam was incredibly thorough with our sale, even stepping in to witness the paperwork at the last minute! While home selling is stressful, all three of these incredible people made it just a bit less so. We sincerely couldn't have been successful without them!
