Tony was a pleasure to work with. I am a first-time homebuyer and it felt overwhelming at times seeing properties I put offers in getting snatched up quickly by other buyers. Tony took his time explaining the current real estate market and reminded me not to get too discouraged. I work two jobs and per my schedule, I would go to open houses alone. I would text Tony if I was interested and he was always responsive. To the point, he would complete writing the offer by end of the same day. I would sign off on the paperwork and cross my fingers. There were also situations where the home was probated and I only had general information such as asking price if it was an "as-is" sale. Having Tony by my side meant he had access to the seller or Bank's note about the property. Some probates had contingency clauses like renter living in the property until the contract was done, death in the home, etc. I had to weigh my options when Tony was honest about these things and in the long run, it saved me time. Was I really going to wait for the court system to approve the transfer of the owner? Even if it was a better asking price? I continued to be patient and purchased an apartment that worked and fit my needs. Overall I learned a lot with Tony walking with me to buy my first home. He was informative, patient, and responsive.
