Tony helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was extremely patient with us and very knowledgeable about our area of interests. We toured over a dozen homes with Tony and he really listens to his clients and goes the extra mile with customer service. Once we found our home, the sale went extremely smoothly with no problems or issues with the process or closing. We are over the moon with a place that we can build our lives together and finally call our home.

We interviewed a few agents prior to contracting Tony. He was by far the most professional, prepaired and knowledgeable . He gave us the impression that ue really cared and we woupd fond the perfect buyers for our home we have loved for so long. His partner was willing to help stage and both came armed with more then we ever thought could be used to help sell our home . Our house was listed in various markets and multiple marketing tools were used to get the word out . Our home went on the market on a Thursday and by Saturday night we had 9 offers!!!!! I dont think ot would have been the same without Tonys experience and expertise. We cant thank hom enough.

1) Tony is really no different than any other realtor- wanted us to come down in price almost immediately, change up everything in the house- get rid of our own furniture and stage the house , paint most rooms a neutral color, do costly upgrades, all to lower the price after a few weeks....2)Tony didn't bring anyone through our house, it was all from other realtors even though he said he had plenty of clients looking in our price range. 3) We ended up settling for less money than we were asking for the house after dropping the price several times because Tony argued that we should take the offer- only to owe money at the table. Whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and nothing in my pocket.
