I worked with Eleete Real Estate (Courtney Olsen Clarke / Tony Apa) earlier this year to tour and ultimately purchase a condo in Beaverton. Courtney is an friend from way back.Courtney helped get me a showing, walk me through the process, connect with the seller's agent to express interest in the property, get an inspection done, and negotiate an 'as-is' sale (including seller concession(s)/credit(s) for closing costs, given the 'as-is' nature of the sale, and the likelihood of needing to do a bit of work on the place). All in all, things went relatively smoothly and quickly (motivated seller [and buyer!]), and we closed within a reasonably short while after touring the place.
Tony and Courtney were a fantastic team. They literally came to our house for the first time in the middle of a remodel and within 2.5 weeks of meeting them, our house was pending. From the staging to the brochures to the house video, they knew how to do it all. They are a fantastic team that complement each other well in terms of IT expertise, communication with clients and potential buyers, as well as friendliness and trustworthiness. I 100% recommend them and you will be in great hands with them.
We were matched with Tony and Courtney via a random click on "tour now", on a property we didn't even know we were looking for but caught our eye. They ended up being our listing and purchasing agents and though we likely never would have found them being in a rural community and not even being actively in the market, it turned into a wonderful partnership. We had our unique property on the market for 3 months with another relator prior to hiring Tony and Courtney. Tony is an awesome real estate agent! He is very easy-going and was very attentive to what we were wanting and needing for our first home. We gave him and his associate, RaAol, a list of our wants and needs and they were able to deliver. Tony and RaAol were very responsive to our texts, calls, and emails. RaAol went above and beyond, going with us to look at so many homes and helping find the right home for us. Tony and RaAol are great communicators and advocates, they made this first home buying process seamless. Legit, a dynamic duo. Its still very surreal that we were able to purchase our first home!
