My wife and I were house hunting from out of state and when we flew into SLC for a long weekend, Tonja was able to dedicate three straight days to looking at houses with us. Although we were unsuccessful in winning any offers from that first weekend, Tonja offered to let us move into one of her rental properties while we continued shopping for our own home. This was a huge advantage because we were able to move out to Utah and learn the area while not feeling desperate or rushed to find a house. After about 2-3 months we finally got an offer accepted. Along the way, Tonja was able to give a perspective on the market and advise us on strategies to make our offers standout. Tonja was really friendly and helped us keep a positive attitude despite the challenging market. She was always on time and quick to answer questions via email or text. Tonja is a great realtor that I would recommend to my family and friends!
