Toni Stricklin was with us every step of the way, including our cross-country move to Kentucky from the west coast. Before we were even moved to Kentucky she was checking in with us and updating us on the housing market changes in Paducah. It would have been easy for her to tell us to wait until we moved to meet with her, but she was very proactive because she knew houses werent staying on the market long in Paducah. Toni was positive throughout the entire process, and took the time to teach us and coach us about important factors in home buying and selling. This was our first home purchase, so we were clueless on how the process worked.
