There were many times when a text turned into a phone call so she could explain the situation better. She walked us step by step through the process because it had been over 20 years since we have purchased a home, and a lot of things have changed! For instance when it came time to put a bid down on the home she took the time to explain our options, and give us examples, since we didn?t have to do that with the last purchased home. She gave us the tools which led us to our new home!
