At the end of the day Toni was able to get me a substantial credit and plumbing repairs done by the seller before closing. I appreciate how diligently she worked to make sure I received what was fair and didnt have to come out of pocket. I absolutely adore Toni and am so grateful for all her time, effort, and kindness. She gave us the most thoughtful welcome home gift basket as well as a move in essentials gift bag. This included all the little stuff you may not have as soon as you move in from cleaning products to toilet paper and solo cups. She is absolutely the sweetest and I cant thank her enough. Toni is quick to respond and never seems annoyed or bothered at the many questions you may have. Buying a home was a Huge step in my life, she made me feel so secure and at ease the entire time. I would absolutely recommend her if youre looking to buy or sell your home to guide you through the process.
