We had started looking to move in summer 2021, and bumped into Toni showing an open house we stopped at. We were very impressed with her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor, and especially liked that she wasn't pushy in any way, shape or form. We decided to go with her, and were blown away by Toni and her team!Toni's decades of experience paired with her and her team's use of modern technology (social media, QR codes, etc.) helped sell our house within a week above our asking price. And as for buying a new home: what we wanted would be difficult to find in a normal market, but in the current one we may as well have asked for a unicorn - and STILL Toni and her team delivered! Toni, Joe, and the rest of the team are HYPER responsive, which is absolutely critical in this crazy Covid market. They never pushed us to go above our budget, gave honest feedback on the homes we saw together, and gave us excellent advice when we had (our many) questions.I cannot recommend Toni enough - she is straightforward, trustworthy, and EXCELLENT at what she does. She has also cultivated a list of people (inspectors, cleaning companies, lenders, etc.) that do excellent work, should you require their services.If you're planning on moving, do yourself a favor and go with Toni!!
