When I view real estate with customers, I look at the properties with them through their lense - not my own. Growing up, my father was a builder (owned his own construction company), and I caught "the bug" by flipping a few homes with my husband. Even in the home flipping, we took great care of the property and envisioned what other folks would want - a nice home for a great price. Just because I'm newly licensed agent, doesn't mean that real estate and construction isn't in the fiber I'm made from.
