Words alone often cannot express the satisfaction I received from working with Mrs Tona Byrd-Howard. But I will do my best with this review. Working with her felt like being part of her family from day one. Anything I asked for, she accommodated or explained in detail another better solution. Sometimes, she called to tell me she thought we needed to do something BEFORE I could ask her to do it. She always does EXACTLY what she says she will do.
