We met Tommy Daly, by contacting him, through one of his signs, he had up selling a house. He called back, and at the time we were with another realtor. We thanked him for the call back, but the house was out of our range. A couple months went by, and he contacted us to see how things were, and we were at a stand still with our realtor, and we had never signed a contract. Which was odd, so long story short, we gained contact with Tommy again, and we started working with him! He was very persistent, and we liked that! When we met Tommy he was very professional and prepared about my parent's house by showing us everything about the house and the area around in a professionally done book. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed through the whole process. When a gas leak was found he called utilities and showed up at the house to make sure the leak was fixed and sent us pictures of the leak being fixed.
