I closed on my home today thanks to Felix! March 11 Felix came to my home and as I completed an entire remodel he always kept a positive attitude. I lost my only adult child months ago and I communicated that I am not my usual. Felix is always prompt, professional, and fair-minded! I could truly count on him to be by my side during the worst time of my entire life. I was his first listing, he is the same age as my son. I told Felix, I have to sell my home, I had a situation where I needed to sell within a certain number of months. In Felix, I saw a bright light that is uncommon today. I saw a brilliance, a highly organized, self-directed, very impressive young man who will have a very bright future! Home sales today are not what they were even a year ago! There is a wide range of unexpected twists and turns and you want to be sure you have someone very level-headed like Felix to stay the course with you. Any buyer or seller learns that this is a process, it involves, trust, waiting, sometimes doing things you don't want to do but you kick it into gear and you get it done! It's sure easier with a good support like Felix! In these times today with COVID, and how so many of our usual ways of doing things have changed you need a committed realtor to count on to carry you through during inspections, appraisals, repairs asked for by the buyer, documents needed to close-- he heard me, he truly listened and he took good care of me!
