We were randomly paired with John through Zillow after being assigned a different realtor that didn't meet our needs. Had we known what we know now, we would have picked John from the start. John is the type of person that treats you like you've been friends for 20 years. One of the things about John that impressed me the most was his patience. He truly wanted us to find, as he put it, "the best house, not the next house." We searched for about 6 months through a difficult buying environment but with John we never felt pressured or rushed. Another thing we love about John is that he's a straight shooter and will not waste your time on a house that does not meet your needs. One day we showed up to a house that we were interested in from the listing. John was already there in the doorway and told us that he just inspected new renovations and that they were done poorly. He then showed us every detail of what was done wrong. John likes to say "you can't smell a picture." He walks through every nook and cranny of each house with you to make sure everything looks good and meets your needs. John's 20+ years of experience as a contractor providesA valuable insight on everything from design and cosmetics to structure, foundation and drainage. Several times he found hidden water damage that we never would have seen. He also uses his experience to give you estimates on when appliances and other home systems will need to be replaced to give you a more accurate picture of your total costs over time.A When it came time to make an offer on a house we loved, John gave us such great advice on strategies to help us beat out another offer without overpaying. We are truly blessed to have had John work with us. Also, we don't own any rental properties but if we ever look to buy one in the future, John will be our first call.

John was great real-estate agent to work with. He went above and beyond to show my husband and myself multiple homes in the West Chester area until we found the right one. His contracting experience helped tremendously when looking at various houses. He was able to tell if a basement had water damage and such just by looking. I could not recommend John enough.
