Although I interviewed other agents after my initial meeting with him for the sake of doing my due diligence, none compared to the confidence, no-nonsense attitude and knowledgeable responses from Mike. We discussed the terms, he gave me his advice on asking price and suggestions on how to improve marketability and 2 weeks later after I had completed preparing the house we put it on the market.
