I was fortunate to hire Tom to sell my house and shop. The house sold in 4 days with multiple offers. Tom was an excellent negotiator. Tom doesn?t skimp on the MLS pictures and he hires a very professional photographer to take them. The pictures were AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! Tom is a Shakopee native and I feel that added extra value to the seller (me). He returned any calls quickly, explained the processs, gave me valuable suggestions. Then, I needed someplace to move to. I asked Tom to help find a house. Being familiar with the area, he quickly found several which were very nice and I bought one of them ??.

Tom helped my wife and I buy a home when we moved to the Twin Cities from out of state. We were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of the area. He was patient and did not pressure us to buy any particular house. In fact, for many of the houses we visited, he would use his characteristic phrase I wouldnt buy this house, because . . . This was extremely helpful because it not helped us cross certain houses off our list but also helped us understand lots of potential issues with other houses we considered. Finally, even though we purchased in a strong sellers market, he managed to negotiate down the price of the house we purchased. We were very satisfied with the service Tom provided and highly recommend him.
