We used Tom to sell our home in Trilogy in July of 2021. He was very easy to talk to and we felt very comfortable to discuss our personal goals. No pressure to sign on the day he was over. Gave us his honest opinion on pricing. Discussed all options for the sale, including open house, staging, etc. Very knowledgeable about the market in Brentwood. After we signed a contract week or so later, he came up with an agreeable price. We sold in 3 days over the 4th of July weekend. Tom and his staff worked with us throughout the process including our move. Supplied us with some packing material too. Great professional team, and we highly recommend Tom and his staff.

I spent months and month researching loans and the loan process before we started our home search, I didnt know where to start when it came to realtors. So we went with a referral from some friends, enter local realtor Tom Schieber. We worked with Tom for 2 months between 2 properties. We were extremely uncomfortable jumping into such a hot real estate market wanting to buy our first home. When we first contacted Tom he was on his way out of town to his daughters wedding. As a testament to his dedication he took time out to talk to us during some hectic travel situation and we made arrangements to meet up when he got back to town. Upon first meeting with him, he showed us some houses and listened to what we liked and disliked. He also asked probing questions to get more clarity of our current situation and long term goals. Within the next few days he found us a house that filled most of our check list and he wrote up the offer. We were pre-approved through an online lender but decided to ask him for local recommendations as we didnt feel confident dealing with an online lender for our first purchase. Looking back I'm glad we did go with a local lender because when the deal started going south communication and team work between Tom and the lender kept the deal alive. Unfortunately that deal fell through but at no fault of theirs. We immediately started the house hunt and came across the house we eventually closed on. Tom works with a network of industry professionals, so if he doesnt know about a certain subject, he aEURoeknows a guyaEUR? that does. Being a first time home buyer its important to trust your agent and not one time did we feel any reason to not trust him. During the negotiation process he was realistic with expectations and never over promised or under performed. Working with the lender we closed a week early. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!
